Want to move my corporate data on Omni drive about 300 GB.

I have loaded WebDAV on several machines. So my users can have the windows explorer capabilities. They have problems with the Omni drive browser when you try to download or move multiple files.

1. How do you set up multiple users with different logins to access the same data?

2. How do you give different authority to accounting, sales, design, marketing, management, customer service, etc?

        A. Or do I need to separate the data by departments (accounting, sales, design, marketing, management, customer service, etc.) and purchase multiple Omni drive accounts.

                a. If yes - Can you have multiple WebDAV accounts?

3 Do you have a write-up on how to use Omni drive in a corporate environment?
