Nothing has changed on my computer and I tried uploading files from 3 different computers to no avail. Each of these successfully uploaded files in the past. In fact, last week I uploaded some files. NOW if I use the 'add file', 'advance loader' or even Windows all messages state upload is successful, but no file.
I tried Support email a couple of times but received no acknowledgement nor contact. I could not find a phone number. Is Support always this slow to response.
Support will never respond. This company is dead. They stole our money and don't care about providing a service. It is all one big joke.
