  • What can we do as users of Tangler?

It looks awesome Bri. I'm sure we will do everything we can to support it. I'll see if I can get the group skinned. Do you know CSS? We can open it up for you to do yourself.

  • Nice, but it's too much hassle

This is my automatic thought with a lot of these things.

"Yeah, ok, sounds great, but I'm really busy and I don't really have any brilliant video skills, so what could I possibly do".

Well, I think we can come up with some simple ideas to do it in under 5 minutes. It might not be award winning, but it gets you started.

One great way is using YouTube's 'direct to video' option. I'm doing one now. I'll put some notes on how to do it.

  • Jehane Noujaim: TED Prize wish: Unite the world on Pangea Day, a global day of film

Great documentary. Really worth watching for 26 mins.

She seems nervous, but I think she's quite excited. The footage is a little graphic at times, but I think necessary.  The story about the US press office going to Al'Jazera is pretty amazing.

  • Everyday Heroes Every Day

One thing I'd like to capture but think is really hard, is the millions of people who are heroes in small ways every single day. Not everyone get's the chance to save the world in a single stroke, but everyone changes the world with every single stroke. It's a tough one, but I'd like to explore it more.

  • Film That Changed You

In the intro video there are a couple of things that move me to tears. What film in your life made a lasting impact?

The man in front of the tank is one of them for me. It really resonates with the fact that even if there is a massive force against you, you can stand up for what you think is right.  People have done it throughout history. It's hard. And scary. And I've only ever done it on a tiny scale. I'm lucky that way. But I'd like to think I'd have the courage to do it. I say that from a position of comfort and safety that 90% of the world doesn't dream of.

The guy steps across to block off a tank.
