I've made an Easter bonnet for my youngest son and my kindy age son is going to make his with his year 6 buddy. What a great idea. All I have to do is send him to school with an old hat or homemade cardboard hat and a few extra decorations (the school provides some too) and they will make it there. Keeps it nice and low key for the parents and the kids. My little one is going to join his big brother in the parade at school.

I love celebrations when the kids are involved. They get so much joy out of it.

Yeah, my last christmas was the best ever cos i spent it with kids... so much fun!

My sister once made jelly easter eggs, and our little neighbour got joy out of peeling the eggs... only. He wouldn't eat the jelly! hhaha

Needless to say the adults had a lot of jelly that day

I shall post pics of the Easter Hat Pde - I promise! I have charged my camera. Now I just need to remember to take it AND the bonnets. Thank goodness we have a holiday very very soon.
