When I uninstall Particls, how do I get teh 1" space back? Now that the product no longer needs that space, it ahs changed some configuration setting somewhere and that space is no available to other applications.

I found the problem. I use 2 monitors on this system to "extend" the desktop. The primary monitor did not get the 1" real estate back. I disabled the 2nd monitor and then re-enabled it. That fixed the primary monitor (or so it seems at this point).

I've found that when this happens, if you change your screens resolution, and then just hit "no" when it asks if you want to keep those settings, you'll have that space back

Often the fastest way to reset that I've found is to lock the computer and then unlock it.

I also found that just plain logging off and logging back on recovered the space..  but even more important.. I think its been resolved (at least it no longer appears to happen for me under any conditions on v.0.9.2203.0)
