And the Mayn River. Very pretty!
I never ever knew satellite images looked like that.... am I to assume that these are photographic images?

Excellent thread for the record. 5 stars.
wow. that is really cool.
it was kind of tricky. since they don't have maps for the area surrounding it, but...............wow.
thanks.
Yes. I wonder if someone was looking for someone else? A few of them seemed to be looking up ... possible at the plane that snapped the photo. An aerial with that kind of resolution usually needs a plane flying very low and kick your arse photographic equipment. The odd thing is it is a single image and everything around it is a crusty satellite image. Normally when a plane goes up to capture for aerials it usually flys a few rows and snaps photos overlapping the next by nearly 3/4's. That is why this is odd. Sorry for the blah blah.
don't be sorry, i enjoy your blah blah.![]()
good night, ruski.![]()
Good night ... or morning as it would be for you already...
Looking for something tangible to offer this thread ...

those are some really great pictures....i'd be happy to hang all of those on my wall.
the jacaranda
nearest the cul-de-sac. The sunshade (small white square) was obliterated in a big wind not long after this pic was snapped.
oops
Damn those pesky winds!
oh, man........it's that little white square that makes the picture.![]()
