Prims is based on FF3, so if it works on FF3, it might work in Prism when it have reached 1.0.

How to install extensions with prism?
You can't - right now. Support for add-ons are coming.

Have there been any Web Apps that have extra features on Prism in a bundle?
I'm not using Prism that much right now, but I'll probably start using it a bit more when the next version is released.
