Have you been somewhere recently where they've done something (or not done something) that has annoyed you.  Let me know so my restaurant doesn't do the same thing!

I get really annoyed when they give me the bill before I've asked for it. I know sometimes it might be late, or busy, and they want to clear tables, but I'd rather they came and talked to me, asked if everything was ok and if there was something else we wanted, as opposed to just putting the bill on the table. I find that rude.
