How does it look?
Do the colours make you smile or make you shield your eyes?
Looks pretty good from first look.
Nice colours, clear, clean, simple.

I'm not sure about this layout for groups... On the page it appears in horizontal lines with various font sizes and not much room in between each word/group. It is a bit hard to follow.
Sorry. Not Groups. I meant Tags.
I would have used the edit function to edit my Tangler post but it is disabled on that particular post.
I think the display could be cleaned up a bit.
Also, better general avatars would look nicer than question marks
I also like the logo.
Agree on the question marks.
Also, I'm not sure if this is possible, but it'd be great if the slideshow thumbnails had better quality.
The look of the slide does factor into my decision to see it
When you go view the slides, it looks a lot like YouTube. Why have you done it that way?
Thanks for the remarks.
I agree that a nicer general avatar would be much better than the question mark (we'll try to do that as soon as possible).
For the quality of the thumbnail, we are thinking about 2 things :
1. in the slideshows pages : have 3 of them per line instead of 4. So we can display them a bit bigger
2. increase the quality. The problem is : the better the quality, bigger the size ==> more bandwith. So we have to find a good compromise between quality and size.
We inspired ourself from youtube for the design/interface, because it is very well known from the users, so when they come to SlideBurner, they feel a little bit "at home". They already know the navigation and the commands. But it may involved in the future. We choose this way for the moment, because we don't have much resources to invest in design. But I agree that's an important point.
Maybe that's why I found it easy to get-around, I am also used to being on You Tube...
