Here are the rules:

1. You post 1 word, which the person must look up in Google Images.

2. They then Post the FIRST image that appears.

3. They then leave a single word, which the next person must google. repeat.

The simple answer, the one that springs to mind at least, is that  "anticonstitutionnellement"  is (supposedly, I don't know for absolute certain myself) the longest word in the French language. If you plug it in to an English language search engine you will correspondingly resolve to the longest word in the English language ("antidisestablishmentarianism"). The connection being longest length of word, ie; the longest word within the English context of the image search.
