e.g. Weewar.com

I was wondering what the plans are to allow for tight integration of tangler as a platform into sites like Weewar.com. We have a very active community going and we really like Tangler. But to really pull out all the stops it would help to bring tangler into our site.

The embed goes some way towards that but what we really would need, is for it to allow unified log ins so people have a true single sign in on the Weewar site to use tangler with their existing account (ideally).

I appreciate that something like this might be planed already - but we could use some details on actual implementation, and more importantly some notion of times and schedules.

We can see how this could work extremely well...

I think the three killer components here are:

1. domain name/friendly URL - forums.weewar.com

2. customization/skinning - you already have this, but we need to make it more generally available. We will also be reducing the size of the grey tangler bar at the top of the site so it creates less brand confusion - a little like how ning does their ning bar

3. tangler account association and simpler creation and binding - needs discussion about it this should work. I think giving your users a tighter/simpler way of creating a tangler account, and then binding the weewar account and the tangler account to do simplified authentication.

Anything else?

Can't think of anything else. All 3 sound great - 3 being the one that is likely the most difficult to design and also to get right but also the most important one from a user's perspective.

I will have a few more people from our end look at this and input. I am sure there is more to add

But if these three things are on the horizon already - well I am happy. Maybe you can put some time guesstimates to each?
