Well yes, but you can cause some mischief with total freedom in the titles.

Titles should have a time limit on editing them. IE only 10-15 minutes after creating them. After that it should require admin intervention.

You guys should look at popular forum software for some conventions, they have dealt with most of the issues you guys are (well as far as general forum software and features are concerned) dealing with maturing Tangler. A quick browse through admin options and what not will show you the kind of control and issues that have been figured out as the other platforms had matured.
