Where are you guys/gals based? Where are your servers located? How long are the chats/discussions stored? We are in Canada and subject to fears about the US patriot act, privacy, etc. You may want to think about posting a privacy policy.

Nice idea Phoonga. It'd be great to introduce the human side of Tangler - keep it personal and give people another reason to stick around ie. I wouldn't go to x, as the guys at Tangler are all pretty cool. Dekrazee1's made an art of it to date, and the numbers show it.
btw Chance for post 11... How long have you been in UI development? It's cool to hear of other IAers. They seem to be a rare and unappreciated breed. I get so much more money building crappy data mining apps using Microsoft technologies these days, that UI dev/IA dev/design and management have fallen by the side of the road...
I just really wanted to let other posters here know who the people are that respond to their requests, bugs etc.
I started developing backend applications using C/C++ then moved onto C#, but now do a lot of javascript and java. Tangler actually started as a desktop application in C# then moved to C++ using the QT library and now is a web application (best move ever). So I developed the client for all 3 versions of Tangler and had a hand in the development of the notifier.
Rhands does all the UI design and I more or less do the development and let him know what can/can't/hard to do.
