I only use Tangler for one (private) forum. When I first started using Tangler, the Recent Activity button went orange when someone updated a topic within my forum, and when I dropped it down, it showed a list of unread topics. Now, however, it only ever shows forum names (ever since I visited this forum, and perhaps also the General Discussion forum too). How can I make it revert to its original behaviour?

I tried unsubscribing from the two superfluous forums but couldn't find a way. (Not that I ever actively subscribed to them in the first place.)

I don't know about the behaviour of the Recent Activity dropdown, but un-subscribing from a forum is done by clicking the star in the top corner, or the same star on your forum list, so it greys out.

I think you're then subscribed automatically to any topics you post into, but when the forum as a whole isn't subscribed then the individual topics have that same star to unsubscribe (next to the topic name at the top of the posts)

Sorry, a slight correction -

Unstarring the forum only means you don't get notifications of new messages.

To unsubscribe from a forum, you can either go to You Forums page (http://www.tangler.com/user/forums/) and hover over the forum icon, and then click on the Unsubscribe link which will then pop up.

Or, if you're already in the forum, go to the Home tab, and click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the forum details panel (on the right)
