I created a group, made it private and now no longer want to keep it. Is there a way to delete a group that was created, before anyone else joins? Beyond that was curious about the rights of a group creator after it is public and others participate in it. Are there any rights for the creator that are different for anyone else?

Currently we do not allow delete of groups but will do so in the future.  If you are the creator of  a group you are allowed to delete topics and messages within the group.  You can delete any topic or message even though you did not create the topic or message.

I ran into this need also. Need to delete because I it was private and I wanted to change it to public. I just created a new group with the same name for now.

any timeline for when the ability to delete a group will be introduced?
