Images can only be posted if they’re already hosted online.
In order to post pictures or photographs saved on your computer, you’ll need to
upload them. Here are some sites which allow you to host your pics:  www.allyoucanupload.com, www.photobucket.com, www.imageshack.com, www.flickr.com. (When you upload your image, you'll be given a direct URL to the image which is what you paste into Tangler)

Basically, what you need to do is

1. find
   an image
2. Copy
   its URL – for Firefox browsers, right click on the image and select [Copy image
   location] from the menu. For Internet Explorer, right click and select [Properties]
   and highlight and copy the address (URL) you see there. Safari users, right
   click and select [Copy image address]
3. Come
   back into Tangler and click on the tree icon, , in the edit toolbar. This
   will open a little window.
4. Right
   click and paste the image url in the Image URL box.

Click on insert and the image will appear in the text
editor. And then hit Send!

You can also adjust the size of your image by clicking on the [Advanced] tab in the Insert/edit image window and typing in your desired size in the Dimensions box. Here's a tip. In order to preserve the length/width ratio of the image, only fill in one box.
