AussieChix and The Sydney Linux Users Group (SLUG) both have events on the 30th of Nov

There is also a SLUG Christmas bash on 2nd December.

One of our fellow Tanglerites, hugosharp, is launching his 'web based community dedicated to helping people record their wine experiences and discovering new ones'

The event, in Sydney, is free, but you need to RSVP by 29th of Nov.
