Never been to San Francisco, when I last tried to go there was some major storm and stayed in put Vegas instead

Yeah, Plaxo is pretty good, but Zyb has a bit more social element, less business.

We have discovered that business has increased; as agents must now work harder to get and sell listings! They now are rushing to get sites and/or use them.

True; a lot of foreign ownership. Especially Downtown Core. Second homes and investments for a lot of US and Asian people. Great city to live but hard for professionals (most of those jobs are in the east) so u get a lot of entrepreneurs, retired and service folk. Geography lends to a continuing increase in property value as we are surrounded by water or mountains. My favorite part is all the development going on cause of the 2010 Olympics... they are dumping 3B into the highway to whistler; going to cut down drive from 2.5 hours to 1.5!!!

Ride... normally a 4 hour drive... but during peak season... with traffic and the odd snow storm it can be 8 hours
