    Google has finally added IMAP support to Gmail. This feature will allow you to view and manage "folders" (basically lables in Gmail) from email clients.

  • Google Enterprise Apps Vs Microsoft Office.

    Well they do have their "partners" like GE and Proctor Gambol. Don't know if they're really using it or just considering it. I certainly use Google Docs as it is, but I don't think it will threaten Microsoft Office in most major companies anytime soon.

  • Intype; TextMate for windows?

    It seems amazing. Textmate is literally the reason I bought my Mac (and because my other laptop was stolen:( ).

    Now I can actually edit for Windows on a PC though (instead of needing two computers to work on Internet Explorer, btw I will never run IE in OS X, even with Parallels).

  • Joost and Internet TV

    I too have been running Joost. The content is very lacking right now, but I can see where it's going. The interface is nice and the speeds are pretty good. I would say you're probably getting Standard definition TV quality which is pretty good. I would love to see live programming the most. Some quick things I like about it:

  • Parallels Desktop for Mac Release Candidate 2 Released

    Yeah. Unfortunately, it still doesn't support Vista on BootCamp partitions:(     So I really don't use it for much yet. Still doesn't have 3D acceleration either, so no aero in Vista, gaming, or XGL graphis.

    There's certainly a market for it. I think most of what they did with this release was try and bring some of the more buried functionaltiy out in the open (much as they did in the Office set). I'm not so sure they did a great job (as I still think it's harder to navigate than XP, although this is probably because I'm used to XP).

    The sheer new appearance will bring most XP users over to the upgrade. And of course the "enhanced security
