  revision for YA novel and short story

  I recently finished a first draft of a young adult novel and a short story. They are about 130 pages and 23 pages, respectively. I am seeking people's feedback on them so that I can revise. I am happy to reciprocate. Is anyone interested?

  Looking for a Writer's Group?

  I'm looking for a group that will allow me to swap critiques for large pieces of work (novel drafts, for example), as opposed to ten pages every two weeks, which is what most groups seem to do (how can people ever get done at that rate?). Also, I'd like to swap critiques for queries and proposals. Is that what you do? If not, do you know of any individuals who would like to work with me?
