This sounds great.  How often do you plan to meet and in what town?  Also, what are people writing about in the group?  The book I'm working on is non-fiction, and I'm a first-time author so I'm eager to hear anyone's stories/tips/favorite resources for grant writing, book proposal writing, and structuring the book writing process.  Thanks!
