Hi everyone!
I'll be leading an "hour of power" session at the Muse conference in May, sharing tips for dealing with writer's block. I'm really excited about this opportunity, but I'm wondering if any Muse participants could share their experiences/ideas of what makes a good hour power session? I think the only ones I attended were open mic sessions, so it doesn't really transfer. Any thoughts?
Your suggestions are much appreciated!

After speding the day absorbing material, I like my Hour of Power selection to offer new prompts for my free-writing/warm-up writing, like a pianist plays scales, to use for writing time in the session and beyond.
Thanks for asking!
