Agree that TechCrunch not covering it sucks, but is understandable given the conflict.  I do think it's interesting that no other bloggers are really investigating it.

To some degree it shows how light the broad blogging is. It's not investigative journalism.

Get an account. Upload a file. Look at the properties and see that files are 0 Bytes in size. Why? Because the disk space has run out - months ago.

People accuse Arrington of bias whenever he covers his own companies. If he had covered the Omnidrive story then he would no doubt have been accused of going too soft. So he can't win.

what about people like us - we have a nearly dead mac, the backup got toasted because of thee hardware problem with the mac, so we have no backups here now. We are hopeful to retrieve our data from one of our two drives, but otherwise we hope the best of what we have in photos etc is still on flickr..

The tenets of Web 2.0 are not without their pornographic, or otherwise erotic, applications. We’ve covered PornoTube and EroShare, both of which are sites for user-generated porn. Now we’ve come across a site called Boobik? (yes, with a question mark in its name, and no, NSFW). If PornoTube is a YouTube of porn and EroShare is a Flickr of porn, then perhaps it’s best to describe Boobik? as a Twitter of porn.
