whats your suggestion dek?

A thought stuck me during today's show: It would be nice if there was more stuff from Aust, or more non-US (read: non-silicon valley) stuff on the show.

Most of what was covered today I had already read somewhere else. Sure, some of the opinions offered were funny, but I just don't want to hear more about what was a mountain out of a molehill in the first place

What of new Aussie startups?

I haven't heard of any new ones since I joined the industry last year. Surely that can't be true?

What of updates/goss of existing Aussie start-ups or tech companies?

hmm i missed todays show.  bugger.  well the chat anyway.  guess ill listen to it tomorrow but yea a more aus general show would be good, if there was any news coming out of aus.  i usually just follow techmeme and see whats on there everyday

Would be nice to hear some other people on the show as well (bronwen, rich and duncan talked about this at the end, and I agree with them)

not that i would be able to offer too much.  richard giles was gonna have me on the gadget show about switching to the mac from windows.. 2 yrs and im still waiting for that to happen

well i do have the evil vista on my intel mac, mosly so i can play games, dont use windows for any other reason
