From a very different perspective, we have 14000 members in a professional network that does not have an online social app. Our members pay between 300-600 p/a to belong. Should we build a social app for them, they are already embedded in community activities which may provide vectors for advertising but that would not be the priority value the app would generate that we would be driving for...
