Is it true that Firefox users can be ignored by W3C by using a No-Script Add-on?

I read it on StumbleUpon and was wondering if it's true. In other words, are some of my visitors being omitted from my page and visitor counts?

    Thanks!

    Hello...?

Users of any browser that supports plugins/extensions can ignore any scripts or images on the web they choose. There is nothing any site can do to stop that, and nothing any 3rd party counter can do to track a visitor that doesn't run JavaScript or download images.
