I found it on Tangler (surpringsingly)

gustave moire from yayhooray (and real life) told me i needed to take a break from travian and play weewar. 

a little bird told me it was *the* game that everyone in the know is playing

go to http://weewar.com/account and simply change your user name, your login is your email + password anyway so updating your username is fairly simple.

I then realised that the person who took it was me
I didn't realise I was automatically signed up the second time Marty invited me in

A friend passed me the URL in IRC.  I found Tangler through Weewar, too.
