I invited a friend recently and the starting game I invited them to is still running (as far as I know that's their only game so far) but on their profile it says they have 3 victories, 1 draw and 2 losses, and 1 recruitment + 1 current game. In and of itself this isn't weird - they could just have been playing a lot without me hearing about it, but I'm also listed as their only recent opponent, where are the people from the other 6 games, or the person they recruited?
Just surprised me, might be nothing
(My friend = ShangDragon)
I've seen some profiles like this, they've only played against 2 players but somehow manage to have 10+ games in their profile. I thought it was really odd. Is it possible that maybe the stats are being transferred over from deleted users?
This is likely to do with the way we genereate the recent opponents list (which is not ideal and not quite in line with the title). If people remove a game entirely, rather then archive it the opponents are not listed anymore. So if you guys have open games with them - you stay on the list.
ah, ok
in that case I need to get better at Weewar - my rating is getting beat by someone I introduced to the game probably about a week ago
either that or i need to be more choosy about who I play against
Just keep playing me - what else do you need?![]()
That's a good suggestion there dek, I may try and follow it
Further confirmation of my need to suck less at Weewar comes in the form of my score returning to 1500
(I used to have points damnit, now they're alll gone)
what about people who invite false accounts to raise their score would there be a way to work around that or is that even happening cause it could be possible
Not much you can do besides check IPs.
Plus, in that case, it might even be better for us "real" players, because if their rating is artificially inflated, then when we defeat them, all the more points for us. ![]()
thats tru since they would suck from cheating
And remember that having the same IP doesn't mean it's the same person because other members in the house can be playing it too.
or office![]()
yeah office for sure! all our ip's are the same to the external world![]()
