I'd like a unit called Rambo. A super tough single infantrist that can capture without disappearing, gets silly bonuses on mountains and forests, can kill tanks with ease, can attack several times per turn and can hide himself in forests. 10.000 seems like a good price. on second thaught, forget the capturing ability, rambo does not capture.
The idea of having a unit called Chuck Norris is just silly! Noone can "control" Chuck Norris or tell him what to do or who to attack. He does whatever he wants and he will find you and deal with you just for suggesting it.

I do like the idea though of Rambo being able to capture enemy units ... ie jump into an enemy tank, grab everyone inside, throw them out and take control of the tank.
But yes Chuck would be a bit of a beserk rogue agent ... you'd need to drop him out far behind enemy lines ... can bomber units do HALO drops?
Though not even a C-130 could lift Chuck ... he's too tough for that. At least a C-5
