When did the tournament officially start?  My team is red and we still did not get an invite to our game.  When do our opponents forefit the right to be the blue player?  also.  our opponents are full on games...what can i do about inviting them?

How long before it is acceptable to remove a player for non play?

Usually WWPA members will report "unfriendly voting" if you do it in less than double the turn limit. Best rule of thumb is to warn before you remove, and if you're going to be late yourself, let people know so they don't sit around wondering.

Unless there is objection, I've suspended WWPA rules for tournaments; tournament rules take precedence.

My fault... will invite ASAP.  Sorry about that.  I didn't see that the tourney had started, and don't think I received the normal email notification (or just missed it).
