I let this fall into disrepair when they changed to the multiple battleground*.weewar.com servers.  Now that things have settled down with that, I'll perhaps get around to fixing this. :)

Okay, I went to take a look, and I think I repaired nearly everything.

The only issue is there is a big gap from November 30 2007 up to today (April 4, 2008).  The graphs don't show this, so it looks a bit skewed or strange.  So I propose a vote: Who wants me to reset the data, and who wants me to keep it as is?

I can also make it show only the last X days (say, 90) and then the data would roll along and eventually the gap would drop off in August.

reset it to last 90 days

can you give us options?  like last.fm :)

tx for getting it back though... can't wait til i'm on it.

Pistos: your question is a hard one. I kinda liked seeing how I faught my way up from noob to somebody, but then its inconsistant.

I think I would still prefer to keep old data. more data is always better (in my line of work anyway:) )

Can you give us an example of this skewedness?

i'd say 90 days back is a good starting point.

How does one get such a graph for one's self?

    2008-04-08 15:31:48.0

Okay, guys, here's what I'm gonna do.  I will make the default view the 90 day view, but will also make available "all time" graphs.  But I will also fix the graphs so that the time axis (horizontal axis) properly shows the time gap.  The problem at the moment is that each dot on the graph is equidistant from its neighbours, regardless of the actual time between them.  Meaning to say, Nov 30 and Apr 8 are just as close together as Nov 20 and Nov 21.

stirling, luckymustard, and all: To "get on" this history system, you just have to log in to weewar so that you show up in the /onlinePlayers page.  A robot regularly spiders that page to gather active players, and snapshoot their scores.
