I've seen this issue on the forums once or twice, but other than posting in the forums I haven't seen a way to alert you guys that I bought Pro, but show up as free.

In other news, a friend of mine created a free account with an unusual name: \\Username//

Problem, his unusual characters make his profile page unresolvable. Any ideas?

This looks like a glitch in our pro system. I have fixed your account and added an extra 5 days to make up for the trouble. We are looking into what has caused this.

As for your friend: We'll make sure that such names are not possible in the future. In his case we have changed the name manually to: Collins1234

It appears that he has another account as Collins?

He can change it to anything he wants still. Just tell him to not use \\//. And he can always log in via his email

You gotta be joking Alex(ander)... Inconvenience? What inconvenience? You fixed my issue, my other Marine's issue, and some other person in the chat's issue within 46 minutes of me asking a question. Not only that but you took the time to respond not once, but twice. Never in the history of customer service, forum operations, or MMORPGs (Majorly Miniature Online Radically Phenominal Games) has a faster, better, or more thorough answer been received. Inconvenience is not the word... The exact opposite would hardly describe how helpful the members, admins, and even the dang creator of the game have been. I'll definitely be taking those 5 extra days to get as many people as possible addicted to your big little game.
