I started Wikistock to be a sort of antihistorical version of Wikipedia, that is more tightly focused on the subject of investing. It's not that I'm so much against historical accounts, I just feel that Wikipedia already covers this perfectly well, and I think Wikistock should serve a different purpose. I've pulled a lot of articles from Wikipedia just to get it started, but eventually I hope to have them all carved down to the core.

The other difference is in the articles on specific companies. Once again, instead of history, I've tried to take a more current account of the company. If for instance you look at the Apple article, you can get a good idea of what I mean.

The main purpose of the site is for visitors to store trading strategies that they like, and then intertwine them with some of the more concrete articles in related subjects, via interlinking.

Does the site come across this way for you or do you find it to have to many obstacles? Just wondering what others think.  Thanks.Smile
