    I would like to create a new page without having the review panel on it, ie just the header. Is this possible as I want to send users to a table of affiliate logos which have a link to the page with a price.

    Hi hexden,

    This depends on how you are using the plugin... with one of the included themes or your own, and whether you are using auto-embed or not.

    If you are using auto-embed, then you can't do that as it puts the ratings on all posts or none and all pages or none.

    If you have placed the code yourself, or are using the included theme, then edit the page.php template. Add some PHP to only display the ratings if the page isn't the one you want to exclude:

    if (!is_page('Name Of Page To Exclude')) { //rating code }

    Thanks Dan,

    I apologize for being a pain in the ass, but I 'm not a php hand and need a bit of direction.

    I'm using your awh theme all be it for something far away from web hosting. The problem is I can't make an about, privacy or any other kind of page as it has a review box on it. I have attempted to insert the code you gave me but I'm obviously not doing it right.

    Please tell me where to insert the code and also if I need to insert it again with a different page name each time I need to make a page.

    Thanks in advance

    Hexden

    Are there any pages where you do want reviews? If not, you can delete the rating code from the page.php template entirely.

    it's nice to have at least 1 page for people to "Submit a listing" by adding a comment to this page, like award winning hosts has.

    you're assuming people will make tons of comment on privacy etc. I doubt it.

    if I were you I'd just charge ahead and don't worry about having comment forms on the other pages - most likely people won't comment often and if it happens then deal with it then.

    You can turn comments off on individual pages. There's a checkbox on the write/edit page screen.
