Would like the review that displays in the post area to be by me only.  Not an average from the comments.  I would like the user comments to still be able to comment and leave stars but they don't reflect the "editors" review.

You can write your own review in the post body and not put the code to display average ratings in your post/page templates. There's no facility to do an "editor review" yet, but it's actually going to be available as an add-on to the plugin in the near future. E-mail me if you're interested in purchasing that before it's made available to everyone.

How much will the editor review functionality cost and will it be licensed in a similar way to the main plugin?

I'm expecting $29.95, and there are no usage restrictions. It depends on WP Review Site being installed, so your WPRS license determines how many sites you can use it on.

I have a couple add-ons I plan to make available in addition to some free updates, but they're not all quite ready for me to set up a formal page to order and pay for them yet.

Dan I would love to have this too. It is exactly the tweak/add-on I need.
