How do I add a clickable logo or custom header?  What are the dimensions?

That would depend what theme you use and how you intend to change the header... can't really answer that in general.

I created a new header block and have the logo within this header on the AWH theme.    thx

Can someone provide some quick step by step for the blak theme? I love everything about it except I want a graphic banner at the top
