Ok, I have installed it on one of my blogs and on the documentation page it says that there is a CSS Edit box to edit the look of the ratings??? When I go to the plugin settings in my Wordpress there is no CSS box to edit. Am I missing something ?

This box is no longer required, you can edit the included stylesheet file or use your theme's stylesheet.
