Looks like a good deal. I prefer Dell to Sony any day as driver support is better on Dell's site. My not yet 3 year old Vaio does not have an Invidia driver that supports 1440X900 for my new screen, so I had to get a generic one from Invidia that does not support Sony's hot keys. \
Dell is a good choice, as are Toshiba.

BMW's first double-clutch gearbox!
Gee, another gearbox that "almost as good as a conventional manual". Why don't these guys wise up and realise that the trick paddle shift rubbish only makes sense on a track? For street driving give me a conventional box any day. Ugh.

Where are the heathen sun worshippers? Or the Modesto Church of Beer?

1 lakh Nano. What do you think?
We need a new 'Amphicar'. That's definitely not a 'me-too' segment these days. Would also save James from trying to build one. Interestingly enough, the Amphicar used Triumph Herald running gear, which is what Capt. Slow has made his two boat-cars from.

Still waiting for the Mad Max edition. Sure, it will have the live axle as it is a cheap car by world standards. Ford has the IRS from the Falcon, or the even better IRS from the Jag/Lincoln LS but went with the old live axle to keep the car affordable. The mustang is the best bank for your buck in the USA. Where else can you get a V8 for less than 25K USD new?

Yeah, that looks bad-ass. They'd execute you for driving one over here.....

I've always wanted a pet Komodo Dragon. Good to keep the neighbour kids away.

It would suck if you opened the door to find a polar bear drinking all your beer.
