  Scroll bars shown forever?

  I don't know if this is a problem with Safari, Tangler or Leopard but my Safari window shows scroll bars ALL the time. These eternal scroll bars are only shown while browsing Tangler. Is this normal? Even if I resize, the scroll bars are there. I highly, highly doubt it's either the operating system or the browser. Two screenshots included to exemplify.

  Any one have Leopard?

  I do, I just installed it yesterday. I love it. The only thing that I don't like about it is the way Spaces behaves sometimes. It tends to change the Spaces I have set for certain apps. I hope it's either an error of mine, something that can be fixed in System Preferences or fixed by 10.5.1, which is soon coming.
