I also believe this bug still exists. If I surrender in a game, I will only lose points for a few minutes, then they come back! Not a bad problem to have for me, but not fair to others vying for the top 15.

Every game lately that I've surrendered (and its been a few - i'm losing my edge), I haven't lost points. Basically when I surrender, the new score updates in the chat box, and it shows up on some other pages for only a few minutes, then it reverts back to the original score. Interestly, on the Top Players page, my rank will change for a few minutes, but the score will not - so the scores are out of order. Next time it happens I'll save a screenshot and won't delete the game.
It seems to me that this is a synchronization issue between the various servers where the new score is being overwritten by the old score...
