  haha yeah the original ngage was tough! also, my good old 3310 at that time worked amazingly well! remember the Xpress-on covers?? good memories.. the 3210 was in some ways better than the 3310, though i never had one..

  General Nokia Maps 2.0 discussion

  hey guys.. i just started using the new maps, and.. so far so good. the display looks better, with better use of contrast(white arrows,black where it used to be blue on the top and bottom of the screen, and white fonts makes driving with it on a tad better. the options are much more thorough, with route planning etc. easily selectable especially when youre navigating. i'm still playing around with it

  meraj, hybrid maps are looking good, but i havent tried navigating with it yet - i dont have an unlimited data plan, and im yet to update my maps using map loader. its really cool to show off to my collegues the satellite imagery i can get on my phone though

  do you guys wanna see a pic of the navigation in action? i'll be able to put some up later today..

  Questions for N96 Product Manager Q&A Session

  is the product manager still answering questions here? i dont think its been covered here yet, but whats the sound/music quality of the n96 going to be like? better than the n95, i hope? since its adopted a design similiar to the n81, i'm hoping that it also picked up its amazing sonic qualities too

  How often do you change your Mobile phone ?

  same as meraj, it depends is something worth upgrading to comes out. i jumped from the original ngage deck(great device, even with the weird looks i get when i talk on the phone!) to the n73, and man that was a big jump. 6 months later i was lucky enough to find a friend's dad that didnt like the n95, and i got a great deal from it the n95 is a fair jump up as well, though not as big

  unpacking the ngage file - well justified, p@sco. i think n95 users have been waiting too long for the ngage, and its quite a bummer to find out that n81 users get to try it first. i guess they did have their reasons for doing that though..
