Other than the missus and/or the kids it rarely happens. Other Joe Public commuters were a bit shocked. I think some were pleased. I regret it to some extent.

Stop. Is it night where you are?
Yeah I used to do the accountant thing when I had the company lease car but now things are so simple it would cost me 120 to pick up a few extra cents for something like laundry. And there's another thing ... uniforms. Tax deductable. Why are they and ordinary clothes not? Still have to wear something. It costs more time and dollars to appear presentable for a non uniform job. Plus what I wear to work I wouldn't be caught dead in anywhere else. So it is a uniform of sorts.Then these clothes still need to be washed or your be on the stink real quick and probably get the rocket and unlike uniforms there's no tax benefit for laundry expenses.

First professional job. I was the field lacky and the boss always put me on Chance It. He was in the fuckin awesome Club or whatever its called. Loved it though. Flew all over Qld. Gladstone, Rocky, Townsville, Mt Isa etc. Took ages to build up the miles. And a minute for them to crumble. Could have had a return to New Zealand. Wankers.

Figured out how to get around the Vic Park fiasco on the way home. Of course it would have been down hill but would have to climb the curly access road in Roma St Parklands up to Gregory Terrace which for the record was a major hoot coming down this morning. Didn't observe the 20 speed limit and overtook a few cars. Anyway accidently found a dedicated bike path alongside the Exhibition Rail loop which is a bit longer but flatter. Miss out on the descent though so it's a tough choice. There's a few short steep leg killers in Alderley to deal with either way. Also learnt that my friend the Magpie just out of Brookside doesn't swoop at 5:30pm. Fucker had a go at me this morning and the other day as well. I'm intentionally going that way now just for the sport. Sun disappears fairly quick after 5:30. Must get a set of flickers or I'll cop another fine from the filth.

Reckon a better climber than Alberto. Would have also been a different Tour and perhaps outcome of he had his brother Frank by his side.
