  mig33 problem of connection,always disconnected,why??????

  i have a version of mig33 (above 4) and i can never get it connected to mig33 using WAP. 

  guess the data required by these new version is so much and the wap is so slow that you always end up getting timed out errors ... ANNOYING.

  Account not active

  if your mig33 id is inactive then wait for 2 weeks and luckily it will be activated (do contact mig33 team to know the reason of this issue)

   and i think the ticket number is for future use (if this problem persists then you can put in the same ticket number in the mail so that mig33 team can look into the past email or something like that)
