  The Great Man by Kate Christianson -- A Great Read -- bawdy, funny and very well-written.  Not perfect but any flaws are forgivable.

  seeking novel writers for a year old group North of Boston

  Hi-

  I am looking for a group although I am not a novelist, per se  - that is, I am working on a series of linked short stories which is not a novel but not unrelated stories either.  I am approximately 140 pages into this project or a little more than halfway.  I would welcome both the feedback from and structure of a working group and am comfortable with giving and receiving criticism.  I just need other eyes!!
