  my continued absence

  Hey its darragh mangan, this is just to let you all know that i honestly can't make it to any of the training sessions anymore for various different reasons. Regardless i will be doing fitness nearly everyday of the week and i'm going to go to pick up on sundays to keep disc skills up and hopefully that'll be enough along with random throwing sessions. SO even though im' not going to be present i am available for the likes of cork and winter league and everything as long as i'm told about it in advance. So with that in mind can someone also post the dates of cork for example and indoor varsities and limrick and anything else that we are involved in. cheers
