Good idea in principal, but the celebs that participate still get good publicity so its not completely selfless, and there are good bits and bad bits, and the bad bits always get more attention and therefore hurt the cause

I'm trying to - its like a cross between a lazy blogging tool and a news service.  I think as it is it is limited, but at the same time the cross integration of web, sms and im makes it special.  Plus its penetration rate is increasing all the time and maybe with 3rd party tools could be useful when used as a reporting tool for another service (I'm thinking, for example, server status [processor load, num of users, ping speed], or a maybe a location tracker linked up to a GPS unit, anything with an ever changing status that you may want to look back through)

Yeah, so it works across sites and services, rather than just a repeat visit of a page or item

Yeah, I can see the day where u get a box with no software apart from bootstrap, you plug it in and it downloads all os and application software on the fly, so the first time u use it it takes a while 2 set up but after that it updates automatically, pushes content to you, has online and offline storage, and it will all run using flash storage and no HDD.  Its only a matter of time
