  Good luck, Jill. I have really tried to make our Advancement Committee understand the concept - they still can't wait for me to get out there and forcefeed our donors what they "need" to hear. One way I have been slowly getting people to discover us is putting little picture cards out in piles around our school. They are pictures of things the Annual Fund paid for in the last few years. On the back, is our website where the parent can go online and make their gift. They all disappear pretty quick. I can't say we have had an influx of donations, but I do hear people talking about them and asking me what they are!
