Hi,
It's quite simple, you just have to use preg_replace() function with regexps. It's not so hard. You can use POSIX, (ereg_*) or PCRE (preg_*). In your place I would use PCRE. About regexps you can find just by googling php.net site![]()

Huh, I have tried it a little bit, but I didn't like it at all. Yes it's good experience to do MVC programming, but still it has many problems. For example you need to learn quite a lot to do fast programming with it. And it takes much longer to do simple login/authentication form with CakePHP, than with writing a simple PHP script. Foremost it is poorly documented. You can learn Ruby on Rails faster than CakePHP.
And btw, CakePHP is just a clone of RoR in PHP ;)
