The commentary is also in the DVD version. But the Blu-ray does have a lot more content.

Cataliades told Sookie in DR that he couldn't take back the telepathy. But he may train her a bit. If she gets better control and shielding, that would eliminate one reason she needed to date vamps.

Other Book Rec's 3 **NEW THREAD**
I enjoyed some of Sookie's sarcasm. but that's about it. The book was full of continuity errors and canon inconsistencies.

Maybe all the team crap made her decide to not have it be Bill or Eric.

Book #12: "DEADLOCKED" - Speculation
I love the idea of meeting up. I did this with some friends for the release of Deathly Hallows. We first tried to find a B&B or cottages to rent, and ended renting a floor in the dorm at a college (empty for the summer) and read individually, but commented together intermittently on reading breaks in a lounge area. Doubt we'd find an empty dorm in May, And I don't think I'd want to meet up with CH and/or people from her site... except for ELs. Too many BLs there. And I may hate the HEA and wouldn't want to be rude to CH. Although I don't think CH will want to be with her readers.

Laura, I figured it must have been a rights issue or you would have had it clean by now. This is the weirdest spam I have ever seen. Usually it has a purpose like those illegal DVD sites. This is just weird. So, what is its purpose? An odd way to post and distribute industrial information without having to have their own website.
And damn, I just accidentially posted this in one of those pirate threads. At least I could delete my own post.

I can see how women might find the comfort and safety of a father appealing. Just pay heed to his rules and he'll keep you safe and provide for you. He won't need to be alpha, since by the time a girl looks to her father as provider and protector, she knows his current effort is sufficient for that.
But the potent sexual attraction comes from our cavewoman wanting an alpha male, and it is the difference between the cavewoman response and the Elektra complex (ignoring the frustrated Victorian interpretation of sexual desire). We may love and need our fathers, but we don't get turned on and lust after them (except in Heinlein novels).
That's also why bad boys are so appealing. They are also alpha (how else to defy social and legal mores). A potential mate is much more a question mark than dear old dad with his successful track record. So we need the mate to be as alpha as possible to ensure our future safety.
That lusting response to alpha males was so effective that Alex got me all hot and bothered, and I hadn't felt that way in years (I'm 64).

Book #12: "Deadlocked" - Chapter 2
I'm trying to figure out the jaw-dropper in DL. Here are my ideas: Eric killed her parents (as a favor to Niall?). Eric has been having some on the side all along (I hate the idea of this one). Sam has been up to something nefarious all along (I love this one). Sookie's fae relatives want to use her in their breeding program (not a surprise to me anyway).
I also hate the idea of Sookie using the CD to erase the world's knowledge of her telepathy. But applying it retroactively is worse, since that would not only knock out Bill and Eric, but it might even eliminate Hunter, depending on how much Hadley used that as leverage to get closer to Sophie-Anne. And it would be the worse kind of cop-out ending. But it wouldn't necessarily mean Sookie would lose all she learned in her journey if she retains her memories.
Sam keeps going on about how he wants to get her out of the entanglement in the sup world. I think the CD could do that. If so, that would open the way to her HEA with Sam, since she wouldn't need protection from the vamps anymore.
I could see how a kidnapping would be the last straw with her.
