  I just finished several books in  a series by Gena Showalter called the Lords of the Underworld.  For anyone who enjoyed the Black Dagger Brotherhood, I think you will really enjoy these.

  Oh shit that's right! So is it possible that Mac is really Circenn's daughter & Adam's granddaughter??

  I like that theory, but am unsure because Mac has a sister.  And the prophecy???  I can't wait!!!  5 days and 51/2 hours!

  Highlander and Fever Series- Queen Aoibheal theories...*Spoilers*

  I am just re-reading all the highlander and fever books getting ready for Jan. 18th... And something caught my attention in the first highlander, beyond the highland mist, about Hawk and Adrienne.  Every time we see Adam KMM always mentions Rowen Trees.
  

  The Rowan tree (Sorbus aucuparia) is one of the sacred trees of Wicca/Witchcraft and of old was a favoured tree of the ancient Druids.
  

  Then I thought of Rowena!  Any thoughts??  Maybe some kind of connection.  I am probably reaching here (going crazy with theories until January).

  Fever Series: What is Barrons? JZB - the Man, the Myth..*NEW THREAD! SPOILERS*

  I think that "the 8" are definitely a posibility for killing Alina.  There is 1 teaser that mentions "the ones that killed her" (obvioulsy a group of some sort) and the one that delivered her to them, which I still believe is Dani.  I could be way off though.

  Shadowfever - Theories, Spoilers, Teasers and Discussion

  OK, I know that there is speculation that the beast is Barrons (probably) but that he is dead.  Since KMM has on her new website that song from Shadowsong CD and it is only about Shadowfever, we do know JZB survives, right???  Because so many people worry about him dying, especially since there have been no teasers with him in it.

  Fever/Highlander Series - Who & What Is Mac Really? **SPOILERS**

  I will look for the quote but I took it to mean that it makes no difference who her father is.  KMM seems a bit more straight forward than CH in her writing, so I cant see her deliberately tricking her readers, however I know what you mean by reading between the lines of the specific quote.  Later tonight I will search for it!

  It seemed to me like she's already tired/exasperated and just wants the series to be over with. Maybe I'm reading too much into things, but when she followed it up with "start thinking hard about next Sookie..." I don't know, maybe I'm just being paranoid.

  That is exactly what I thought when I read her quote.  I would think she would be happy about the exradoirdanary fan base that her books have.  Especially in the literary world, a fan base like hers for Sookie, are not easy to come by.

  Sookie/Eric Realtionship Speculation for Book #11

  While I appreciate your opinion. I tend to disagree.  This is in no way an attack on you or your opinion, but a discussion of the facts we have from CH herself, and opinions that have been hashed out numerous times.  (we all enjoy a good discussion here!)  Please take no offense...

  Despite his apparent love for Sookie (now), he doesn't seem like the type of man who will watch "his lover" age and lose her faculties.

  I, for one don't think it will be an ending that gives us much of a glimpse in the future.  I think it will end a bit more abruptly. 

  Part of me thinks she'll come full circle and end up with Bill.

  Since we know that Bill was supposed to die in Dead and Gone, I am almost positive that he can't be her HEA.

  I think at some point Eric used his connections, as most people in power tend to do, to discredit Bill's integrity.

  I believe that Bill did that all by himself.  If Eric just wanted her and to hell with everyone else, he would have told Sookie himself about Bill's reason for being in Bon Temp, instead of making sure Bill told her himself.  Eric didn't want his words to hurt her.  I think he (even then) cared for her more than he knew. 

  and what a conquest Sookie has been!

  If all he was after was the conquest, then why not leave her when her life became the complicated one, i.e. Faries.

  Also, I wouldn't be surprised to see Eric killed amidst the political warfare that is imminent. 

  I do believe CH has stated that Sookie and Eric will both survive to the end of the series. 

  On that dismal note, my hopeless romantic self would love to see a transformed Eric emerge with Sookie by his side - an Eric that can love someone more than himself.

  That is exactly why I think Eric is her HEA. I think a good author takes a character, like Eric, who is selfish and egotistical and slowly gives him depth, trust and love. That is what CH did.  She slowly made Sookie (and us) fall in love with a man who we all believed at first to be unobtainable and made him hers (as Eric would say).

  Early Speculation for Book #11 - Dead Reckoning

  Thanks AP, that's what I thought.  I also think enough is enough.  This has gone on far too long and 13 should be the end.  Some of the books are just fillers, like everyone can seem to agree on.  She should take a page from Frost, resolve the HEA and continue with fun stories.  Especially that she seems to get annoyed that all readers want to know about the HEA.
